Nissan Magnite Facelift Interior Teased Ahead of October 4 Launch in India
Upon launch on October 4, the new Nissan Magnite will get a dual-tone tan-and-black cabin theme and new seat upholstery. The general layout of the cabin is expected to remain the same, though.
Nissan's Magnite SUV is set to receive its first mid-lifecycle update on October 4, 2024. While we have already gotten glimpses of the vehicle's exterior, a new teaser shows off the interior for the first time. The interior looks quite familiar, and we will get more details in due course.
The interior image provides a look at the upcoming Magnite's new cabin, but it will be no surprise to those who have seen the existing Magnite SUV. The two interiors look very similar, but there are a few differences between them – evidenced by a dual-tone tan-and-black cabin theme and new seat upholstery. The Magnite facelift has the same general layout, with the touchscreen infotainment system sitting above the HVAC control panel. However, the infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity is expected to be bigger than the current unit. The 7.0-inch semi-digital instrument cluster in the existing model will also likely be replaced with a larger one. Other expected bits include ventilated front seats, six airbags, an electric sunroof, an auto-dimming IRVM, a shorter gear lever, rear AC vents, automatic climate control, a 360-degree surround camera, and Level 2 ADAS features, including lane keep assist, forward collision warning, and adaptive cruise control.

The new Nissan Magnite will also receive a significant exterior design change. Teaser images indicate that it will get a revised front bumper and grille as well as new LED daytime running lamps and alloy wheels. The LED taillamps are expected to be reworked too.
Nissan Magnite Facelift: Powertrain
Powertrain details remain under wraps, but we expect the upcoming Magnite to feature the same engine options as before: a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine (71bhp and 96Nm) and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine (99bhp and 160Nm). Expected transmission options are a 5-speed MT, a 5-speed AMT, and a CVT. The bookings for the new Magnite are open, with deliveries slated to begin a day after its launch in India, which is October 5.
