The Windsor EV will be MG's third electric model in India. It will compete with the MG ZS EV, the Mahindra XUV400 EV, and the Tata Nexon EV.
In the run-up to the launch on September 11, 2024, MG India has once again teased the Windsor EV, revealing some key front and rear design elements like MG insignia on the front bumper, LED headlights and linked LED DRLs, a charging flap positioned on the front fender, 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and a connected LED taillamp arrangement. The upcoming EV is already confirmed to have a panoramic glass roof, a 3-passenger rear seat with 3-point seat belts, and adjustable headrests, and a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system. As previously reported, the car will be a rebadged version of the Wuling Cloud EV, which is sold globally. Here are some other details about MG's new electric offering in India.
