Maserati MC20 Deliveries Commence in India, Priced at Rs 3.69 Crore
The brand-new MC20 supercar has officially arrived in India and has been delivered to its first Indian buyer, says Maserati. According to the manufacturer, the launch of its brand-new MC20 sportscar in the Indian market heralds the beginning of a new era in automotive performance.
The first MC20 sports car has been handed over by Italian luxury carmaker Maserati to a buyer in India. The price of the two-seater variant, which was launched in the Indian market in March-end, is about Rs 3.69 crore (ex-showroom), and it can vary higher or lower based on the customer's customisation preferences. Notably, the brand-new model may be seen as the MC12 sports car's spiritual successor. Commenting on this recent development, Bojan Jankulovski, General Manager of Australia, ASEAN, and India said, “We are delighted to share that the Maserati MC20 is now available in India and to announce the delivery of the first MC20 in this country renowned for its appreciation of luxury and automotive excellence.”
“Maserati continues to focus on providing extraordinary customer experiences and availability of their latest models in India, thus, we foresee a sizeable surge in demand going forward, but in terms of business strategy, our distinctness will continue to remain on exclusivity and after-sales service to create a superior ownership experience for our customers," he added. For those who don't know, the MC20 supercar is the MC12's successor and features a mid-engine layout. As a result, comparing the two is challenging.
