BMW Motorrad has teased the new F 900 GS on social media, suggesting its availability in our market soon. The new GS is a successor to the F 850 GS, which starts at 12.95 lakh in India. It has several upgrades over its predecessor, such as a new chassis, updated styling, and a larger displacement engine. The new F 900 GS has a more streamlined design, focusing on convenience and ergonomics. It features a sloped forward windscreen, a white exposed sub-frame, an enduro-styled seat, LED lighting, a large TFT dash, and wire-spoke wheels.
Compared to the F850 GS, the new BMW F900 GS weighs about 14 kg less due to the new engine and the elimination of the huge front beak, among other things. While an official launch date has not been revealed, the bike is expected to arrive in India sometime soon.
