Sharing his thoughts on the launch, Ashish Singh Joshi, CEO of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, said, ‘With the successful launch of Jawa 42 Bobber last year, we further strengthened our dominance in the Bobber segment. The Bobber stable from our factory custom portfolio has enjoyed an ardent fan following from the riding community in India. The kind of love we received for the 42 Bobber made us push our boundaries in design and engineering to deliver the all-new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror. Bobbers embody the essence of individuality and distinctiveness; they are an emotional purchase, and the new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror is a fine example of why Bobbers are so special. The meticulous attention to detail, combined with the unique design language, makes it a true standout.’

Given the full-black finish of the body, the fuel tank’s chrome finish offers an excellent contrasting look. The Black Mirror also gets diamond-cut alloy wheels, unlike other trims’ spoked wheels, which not only give it a factory-custom look but also add the ease of tubeless tyres. Along with the cosmetic enhancements, the Black Mirror continues with the internal engine modifications that were first revealed in other variants in May this year. The idle RPM has been decreased from 1,500 to 1,300, while the throttle bodies' size was increased from 33mm to 38mm. It also features other improvements like updated fuel map and redesigned gear and engine covers.

As far as the market competition is concerned, it doesn't have a clear rival in our home market. However, it can be considered an alternative to the Yezdi Roadster, Royal Enfield Meteor 350, and Honda H'ness CB350.
