Ducati Panigale V2 Black Launched in India at Rs 20.98 Lakh, Gets a Stealthy New Design
Ducati has added a new black colour variant to its Panigale V2 range in India while retaining the supersport motorcycle's distinctive twin headlamp setup with eyebrow LED DRLs.
Ducati India has unveiled a stealthy black version of the Panigale V2 motorcycle, priced at Rs 20.98 lakh (ex-showroom). Available for booking since April 2024, deliveries are set to begin soon. The new black paint scheme perfectly complements the Panigale V2's aggressive design, making it a true street predator. Black alloy wheels with a tasteful red rim stripe add a touch of flair without going overboard. In terms of pricing, the Panigale V2 is priced at Rs 20.75 lakh), but it remains a pricier option compared to the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R ( Rs 16.79 lakh). All these prices are ex-showroom figures.

The Ducati Panigale V2 Black draws its design inspiration from the flagship Panigale V4, featuring the iconic twin headlamp design and signature LED DRLs. Maintaining its compact dimensions for superior agility and cornering, the Panigale V2 Black boasts a stealthy black paint finish. This bold look is enhanced by subtle red accents, including a thin pinstripe on the black alloy wheels and strategically placed decals. These elements highlight the bike's sculpted lines, creating a sharper and more refined appearance.

Ducati Panigale V2 Black: Engine and Features
The Panigale V2 impresses with its 955cc, liquid-cooled L-twin engine, producing 155bhp and 104Nm of peak torque. This powerful engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Its lightweight aluminium monocoque frame ensures exceptional agility, further enhanced by fully adjustable Showa front suspension and Sachs rear suspension. Braking is performed by dual 320mm discs with Brembo callipers up front and a single disc at the rear.

Ducati has equipped the Panigale V2 with an advanced electronics suite. It includes multiple riding and power modes, cornering ABS for improved stability while leaning, traction control for optimal grip, and engine brake control for smoother downshifts. The bike rides on stylish 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in high-performance Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa II tyres, making it ready to dominate the tarmac.
