Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono Now Available with Performance Accessories
The Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono can be customised with accessories such as billet aluminium rearview mirrors, a Termignoni racing exhaust, and dynamic LED direction indicators.
Ducati launched its first single-cylinder motorcycle – the Hypermotard 698 Mono – in July 2024 in India. The 698 Mono comes in two variants (Standard and RVE), with a new Superquadro Mono engine and a 6-speed gearbox. The engine on offer is a 659cc, liquid-cooled, short-stroke, single-cylinder unit based on the 1,285cc Superquadro. Touted to be the most 'high-performance road-going single-cylinder engine ever', the Superquadro Mono makes 76bhp at 9,750rpm and 63Nm of peak torque at 8,000rpm. With a Termignoni exhaust system (for track use only), these numbers rise to 83.3bhp and 67Nm.
The Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono comes well-equipped with features from the plant; however, buyers can customise their vehicles to their tastes with a wide range of accessories that Ducati offers with the motorcycle. With the Sport package meant to enhance the bike's visual appeal and functionality, you get an aluminium license plate holder, dynamic LED direction indicators, and Termignoni silencers with black steel sleeves and satin-finish end caps. Customers can also pick individual accessories for their motorcycles.
Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono: Style Package
The Style Package brings several billet aluminium components, made in collaboration with Rizoma. These are rearview mirrors, fluid reservoirs for the front brake and clutch, and brake and clutch levers. Also on the list are the windshield and the exhaust heat shield in carbon fibre.
Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono: Track-friendly Accessories
The Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono can be further customised using track-friendly accessories from the Ducati Performance catalogue. These include a Termignoni racing exhaust, an air filter (for increased performance), Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) software, motard footrests (with an external plastic slider), footpegs with rubber cushions, a plastic under-sump plate, front brake covers, and a racing seat. In collaboration with Rizoma, Ducati also offers fork sliders and a swingarm to reduce damage in the event of a slide.
The accessories will be available for purchase on the dedicated section of the company's official website, where in the 'Configurator' section you can select accessories of your choice.
