2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 Globally Launched with New Colour Options, Priced Equivalent of Rs 7.44 Lakh
In the US, the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 is priced from USD 8,299 (roughly Rs 6.94 lakh) for the non-ABS variant to USD 8,899 (roughly Rs 7.44 lakh) for the ABS variant.
Kawasaki has launched the 2025 version of the Ninja 650 in the international market. With prices starting at USD 8,299 (roughly Rs 6.94 lakh), the new Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets a visual update in the form of two new colour options: Candy Steel Furnace Orange/Metallic Spark Black/Metallic Royal Purple, and Metallic Matte Old School Green/Metallic Spark Black. Note that these colour options are offered on the ABS version of the bike, while the non-ABS variant comes in a sole paint scheme, which is Metallic Spark Black/Metallic Flat Spark Black.
Along with these colours, Kawasaki has also brought in the Ninja 650 KRT Edition in Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White. Like the standard variant, the special KRT Edition only receives cosmetic updates and remains mechanically untouched.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650: Powertrain, Hardware
Powering the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 is the same 649cc, parallel-twin motor as before. The motor is tuned to produce 67.3bhp at 8,000rpm and 65.76Nm of peak torque at 6,700rpm. Transmission duties are handled by a 6-speed gearbox, accompanied by an assist and slipper clutch.
Hardware-wise, the Ninja 650 is equipped with a telescopic front fork and a mono-shock at the back while sitting on 17-inch alloy wheels. It gets a disc brake at either end backed by dual-channel ABS (anti-lock braking system).
2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650: Features
In terms of features, the sporty-looking Kawasaki Ninja 650 offers a 4.3-inch TFT colour instrument display with smartphone connectivity, not to mention full-LED illumination. A traction control system, dual-channel ABS, and three riding modes fall under the ambit of the safety of the rider.

Overseas, the 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 is priced from USD 8,299 (roughly Rs 6.94 lakh) for the non-ABS variant to USD 8,899 (roughly Rs 7.44 lakh) for the ABS variant. Kawasaki has yet to launch this version in India. Expect it to be more expensive than the current bike (Rs 7.16 lakh, ex-showroom) once launched here.
