2024 TVS Apache RR 310 vs Old Model: Mechanical Setup
Although the 312.2cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine remains unchanged, TVS has revised its internal components to deliver 10 per cent more power and 11 per cent more torque than the previous model. As a result, the new 2024 Apache RR 310 now belts out 37.48bhp of maximum power and 27Nm of peak torque, an increase of 3.94bhp and 1.7Nm compared to the earlier version. Additionally, while the engine is still coupled with the same six-speed gearbox, the two-wheeler manufacturer has introduced a bi-directional quickshifter as standard equipment on all variants except the base model.
2024 TVS Apache RR 310 vs Old Model: Design
The TVS Apache RR 310 boasts a powerful and aggressive design language and the front fairing's aesthetic blends in perfectly with the bike's overall appearance. The updated model looks sportier compared to the older Apache RR 310 thanks to winglets attached to the fairing of the 2024 model, a design element seen on most race bikes. However, the 2024 Apache RR 310's shark-inspired body style hasn't changed. As for the available paint jobs, there are two new options: Bomber Grey and Racing Red. Besides this, customers can choose a unique BTO hue from the brand's customisation options.
The company claims that the latest aerodynamic enhancements generate 3 kg of downforce. The updated racing-inspired design is further complemented by the aggressive clip-on handlebars, which were once offered exclusively through the BTO (Built-to-Order) kit but are now provided as standard equipment.
2024 TVS Apache RR 310 vs Old Model: Features
To fully leverage the increased performance of the new Apache RR 310, TVS has introduced the Dynamic Pro Kit, which adds advanced features like cornering traction control, wheelie control, cornering cruise control, cornering ABS, and slope-dependent control. This package is available for an extra Rs 16,000. In addition, the company is offering a Dynamic Kit through its (Built To Order) program, which includes adjustable suspension, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a brass-coated chain.
