Volkswagen Tiguan Gets Discount of up to Rs 4.20 Lakh in December

Volkswagen India is providing steep discounts on various products, including its Tiguan SUV this month. The available offers can be had in the form of cash discounts, exchange incentives, corporate discounts, special deals, and service packs. For December, a discount of up to Rs 4.2 lakh is currently applicable on the Tiguan. This comprises a four-year service package worth Rs 86,000, a corporate discount of Rs 1 lakh, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 75,000, a cash discount of up to Rs 75,000, and special offers of up to Rs 84,000. However, it is important to keep in mind that the available offers may vary based on region, dealership, version, and colour options, among other factors. Furthermore, these discount deals are good through December 31, 2023.

Volkswagen Tiguan: Engine and Transmission

Coming to the mechanical specs of the SUV, the engine is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission with all-wheel drive technology. The unit develops 187bhp of maximum power at 4,200rpm to 6,000rpm and 320Nm of peak torque at 1,500rpm to 4,100rpm. Thanks to the adoption of BS6 Phase II standards, the model's fuel efficiency has increased to an ARAI-certified 13.54km/l (from 12.65km/l).

Volkswagen Tiguan: Interior Features

Instead of having an all-black interior, the latest iteration of the Tiguan has a dual-tone Storm Grey upholstery. A wireless smartphone charger and seatbelt reminders for every seat are also included. Additional features comprise heated front seats, a motorised tailgate, a 10-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, and three-zone climate control, among others.

Volkswagen Tiguan: Safety System

The 2023 Tiguan boasts a Level 1 ADAS safety feature dubbed Park Assist, which helps users park their SUVs in confined spaces with ease. Six airbags, 3-point seat belts, electronic stability control (ESC), electronic differential lock (EDL), anti-lock braking system (ABS), hill start assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), hill descent control, engine drag torque control, three rear headrests, driver alert systems, and ISOFIX mounts are some additional safety features.

Volkswagen Tiguan: Styling Details

The Volkswagen Tiguan features a wide radiator grille that is complemented by LED matrix headlights, as well as a muscular-looking bumper. In addition, the vehicle has R18 'Frankfurt' alloy wheels and dark LED combo taillights on the back. Apart from that, the Tiguan lettering is positioned in the centre. Speaking of the colour options, the SUV comes decked in attractive shades like Nightshade Blue, Oryx White, Dolphin Grey, Deep Black, and Reflex Silver.
