Mahindra XUV.e8 Electric Design Leaked Through Patent Image, Details Here
The upcoming Mahindra XUV.e8 Electric is an electric derivative of the standard Mahindra XUV700. It will come with an all-wheel-drive system and will use an 80kWh battery pack, powering an RWD single motor or an AWD twin-motor configuration.
A patent image of what appears to be the production-ready version of the Mahindra XUV.e8 has been leaked. Design-wise, the electric SUV looks nearly identical to the concept previewed in August 2022. Going by the leaked image, the production-spec Mahindra XUV.e8 electric SUV will get the same body panels as the concept car, and, therefore looks similar to the regular XUV700. The front end of the car is defined by a full-width LED light bar, a blocked-off grille, and newly designed triangular headlamps. In its side profile, the XUV.e8 appears similar to the ICE-powered XUV700, featuring similar character lines and flush door handles, however, it will sit on newly designed wheels. In addition, the vehicle will also bear copper accents - a signature element on the brand's upcoming electric vehicles - and the twin-peak Mahindra logo.
