Mahindra has introduced a new Boss edition of its best-selling SUV, the Scorpio Classic, to celebrate the festive season. The Mahindra Scorpio Classic Boss Edition gets an all-black seat upholstery, a rear parking camera, and dark chrome highlights on the door handles, headlights, and taillights.

Mahindra has recently given the Scorpio a mid-cycle refresh, and priced it between Rs. 9.97 lakh - 16.01 lakh - ex-showroom, Delhi. The Scorpio facelift brings with it a slew of changes like an updated styling with Jeep-like grill, more power, an improved infotainment system and much more.

The prices of the updated 2017 Mahindra Scorpio start at Rs 9.97 lakh for the base S3 variant which is just Rs 4,000 more than the outgoing model. Mahindra has made quite a few cosmetic and feature changes to this 2017 Scorpio facelift.

Mahindra launched the second generation Scorpio in late 2014. Now after three years, the company is ready to give it an update. The facelifted Scorpio is confirmed to launch on November 14, 2017.

The limited-edition Mahindra Scorpio Adventure is available in 2WD and 4WD variants, the Limited-Edition Mahindra Scorpio Adventure is priced at Rs 13.1 lakh and Rs 14.2 lakh respectively. All prices ex-showroom Delhi.

Mahindra has introduced a mild-hybrid system, called ‘Intelli-Hybrid’, in the Scorpio. The fuel saving tech is available with manual versions of the SUV fitted with the company’s 2.2-litre mHawk diesel powertrain.

With the temporary ban on 2,000cc and above diesel engines in passenger cars, Mahindra brings in a new 1.99 litre diesel engine to sell the Scorpio and XUV500 in Delhi. In response to the ban on large capacity diesel engines in Delhi, Mahindra has come back fighting
